Terms and Conditions for Dream Builders and World Changers Event

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Dream Builders and World Changers event.

These terms and conditions govern your registration, participation, and conduct at the event. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration

All attendees must complete the registration form and pay the required fees to attend the event.

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.

2.2 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of registration via the payment methods specified on the event website.

Prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Attendee Cancellations

Refunds

All tickets for the Event are non-refundable, except as specified in sections 3.2 below. However, if you cannot attend the Event, you may email us at [email protected] with the name of a substitute attendee. Upon receiving your email, we will update our records to allow the substitute to attend the Event in your place.

Please note that you will not be issued with a physical ticket.

All attendees will be contacted prior to the event via email with confirmation of their space and will be admitted to the event using the details on our attendee list.

3.2 Event Cancellations

If the event is cancelled by the organisers, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs, damages, or expenses, including travel and accommodation costs.

4. Changes to the Event

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or dates at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible.

5. Conduct at the Event

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and event staff.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Photography and Recording

The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and grant the organisers the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes.

7. Liability

The organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and are advised not to leave them unattended.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used for the purpose of organizing and managing the event and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be provided upon written request.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
